One of the things that just drive me crazy is when I go through a buffet and there’s just stuff everywhere. Do you know what I mean? Someone obviously went through and dropped some bacon into a dressing, smoked salmon laying on the hotel pan of the meat balls!
I have the solution as we get into a very busy holiday season of entertaining.
Curate the plates. Each guest will have their own plate and it should be presented in such a fashion that guests can just grab and go.
Here are some examples of how easy it is to do. Also think vertical not just horizontal when you’re presenting the menu items.
